My mission is to help mission-driven organizations and women-led businesses grow online by equipping them with the right digital marketing tools and knowledge. My Professional Journey

After moving to the U.S., I faced the challenge of starting over. My previous experience was in-house design, business ownership, and freelance digital marketing. To make ends meet, I worked as a waitress—a new and humbling experience that taught me resilience, patience, and the value of perseverance.

The turning point in my journey came when I joined The Williams Center, a vibrant arts and culture hub in Rutherford, NJ, as their Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager. Over the past two years, I have refined my digital marketing strategies, leading to an 80% increase in engagement, awareness, and conversions. The diversity of events at The Williams Center, ranging from music and cinema to comedy and festivals, has allowed me to experiment with innovative strategies, optimize workflows, and drive results.

Supporting Latina Entrepreneurs

At Enterprising Latinas in Wimauma, FL, I have the privilege of supporting Latina entrepreneurs through both strategic consulting and coaching. As a Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant, I’ve helped elevate the organization’s digital presence, increasing social media engagement by over 150%. This growth has strengthened our ability to connect with the community and position Enterprising Latinas as a key resource for Latina entrepreneurs in the Tampa Bay area.

In my role as a Digital Marketing Coach, I provide one-on-one coaching and group training to empower entrepreneurs in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies that foster growth and long-term success. Through these initiatives, I’m proud to contribute to the mission of Latina economic empowerment and the success of women-led businesses.

Alongside my work at The Williams Center and Enterprising Latinas, I’ve nurtured my entrepreneurial spirit by developing Impacto Marketing LLC—a marketing hub that offers consulting services based on my own methodology. Through Impacto Marketing, I provide resources, courses, and coaching to help businesses excel in the digital landscape.

My professional background spans across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial ventures. I co-founded Albaka Hostel in Medellín, Colombia, and have led marketing initiatives for multiple projects. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a comprehensive, impact-driven approach to digital marketing that combines creativity with measurable results.
